CRYSTAL CITY, TX, Aug. 14, 2007 -- Ecoloclean Industries Inc. announced today that a second contract has been issued to utilize Ecoloclean Industries Electrocoagulation Units for treatment of contaminated water at the Topsham Quay. Once the second busiest port in England and with history dating back to the times of the Romans, this quaint community now enjoys a vibrant tourism industry with its lovely shops, galleries, pubs and inns along the Quay. The many years of serving as a major river port and ship builder, however, has created environmental deposits that require remediation.

According to Royis Ward, President and CEO of Ecoloclean Industries Inc., "Today's announcement is another important step forward for our technology and our company. With our partners at Sivex Ltd, Ecoloclean Industries has an incredible opportunity. We will be processing contaminated water and solids taken from the dredged waterways in and around Topsham. The size of this work must not be measured in dollars or pounds but rather in the impact and importance it represents to the health of the community. We are proud that our process will be used to make a special place even better!"

The work will be completed over the next three months and the total volume of water processed will be around 600 Cubic meters of water or 155 thousand gallons. The total value of the contract is 30,000 pounds or 60,000 dollars.

According to Tony Millington, Chairman of Sivex Ltd, "This contract is more about providing critically needed remediation immediately in our communities. Simply put, there is no better or more important location for us to place the Ecoloclean Industries Electrocoagulation Units than at the Topsham Quay. This will also provide a very large stage for the technology. We are very confident in our results and we will be operational within the next week."

Ecoloclean Industries Inc. is the owner of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Ecoloclean Industries Inc. and World Environmental Technologies Inc. utilizing various remediation techniques and technologies. Ecoloclean Industries Inc. provides environmental waste remediation to treat and remove impurities in contaminated wastewater and/or polluted liquids and solids for a variety of industries, but not limited to, refineries, papers mills, petroleum and petrochemical industries.

Sivex Ltd has investigated the treatment of contaminated water and contaminated dredged materials with the objective of delivering solutions to our clients and to provide bespoke services in waste management and the treatment of contaminated materials, specifically in the water environment.
