Sioux's product lines include pressure washers, steam cleaners, steam generators, water heaters, and solution heaters used throughout the world in a wide range of industries. Due to customer request, this new field service program will provide factory trained assistance with initial equipment startup, as well as equipment service and troubleshooting.

A Start-Up Training Package will include System Familiarization, Safety, Operator Training, and Preventive and Corrective Maintenance. System familiarization includes a review of specifications, parts lists, drawings and other technical and performance data. Safety training includes a review of safety sections of the operating manual and suggested precautions. Operational training includes a review of applicable sections of the operator's manual, as well as familiarizing users on the start up, shut down, and overall operation of the equipment, modes of operation, including emergency situations, and proper use of the equipment. Preventive maintenance training will review maintenance recommendations and identification of typical problem areas for the specific equipment purchased. Corrective maintenance discussions will include possible problems, repairs, and troubleshooting. Parts training will be performed to discuss key components of the equipment, how to determine the correct part number, use of the parts list in the service manual, and how to order service parts.

Recommendations will be made for keeping critical service parts on hand. The Sioux Service Manager will also advise users on how to get factory support if emergency service is required.
