FORT WASHINGTON, PA, Oct. 29, 2007 -- The BalPure ballast water treatment system generates biocides; analyzes and meters the residual level of both biocides and neutralizing agents prior to discharge or de-ballast operations; and logs the performance of the overall ballast water treatment system for presentation to authorities.
