WHEATON, IL, July 9, 2007 -- RJN Group Inc. was recently selected by the City of Waxahachie, Texas, to implement a comprehensive CMMS solution, CASS WORKS®, for the Department of Public Works and the Department of Utilities. Using a phased implementation, the system will track all customer service requests from problem notification through work order resolution. Work Order History dated from 1994, from the Utilities Department was converted into CASS WORKS®. Assets inventories (sewer and water) are being inventoried and the information will be linked through a GIS. The Customer Service Request and Work Order Processing went live in May 2007.
