• Aquacell Water to exclusively distribute MetSorb™ titanium-based arsenic removal media

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA, April 18, 2007 -- Aquacell Water, Inc. announced today that it has signed a five-year exclusive nationwide distribution agreement with Graver Technologies, a Marmon Group company. Under the agreement, Aquacell has the exclusive rights to distribute Graver's MetSorb™ granular titanium-based arsenic removal media for large municipal, commercial and industrial water systems. MetSorb was invented and patented by Graver's HydroGlobe division.

Aquacell has established itself as a leader in the use of titanium-based media for the removal of arsenic, having previously been an authorized dealer of Dow Water Solutions' Adsorbsia™ in a non-exclusive limited territory in the southwest United States. The technology for titanium-based media for the removal of arsenic and other heavy metals was developed and patented by HydroGlobe and licensed to Dow.

James Witham, Aquacell Water's Chief Executive Officer, said, "This agreement with Graver for MetSorb titanium-based arsenic removal media is a significant milestone for Aquacell. Exclusivity for the entire United States allows us to better control our arsenic removal business and enables us to accelerate our sales and marketing efforts beyond the Southwest to establish a presence across the country."

John Schroeder, Vice President and General Manager of Graver, and an inventor of the titanium-based technology, said, "We're thrilled to be working with Aquacell Water on an exclusive basis for MetSorb, as they are an established leader in titanium-based arsenic removal media." Mr. Schroeder continued, "We will be working closely with Aquacell to provide all of the support they may need and are looking forward to a mutually beneficial relationship."

Kevin Spence, Aquacell's president said, "We evaluated the spectrum of arsenic removal medias available and determined that titanium-based media provides the highest capacity for all forms of arsenic across a broad range of water quality, including a wide pH range. We strongly believe MetSorb is the most cost effective and best available titanium-based media on the market today." Mr. Spence continued, "MetSorb's ability to remove other heavy metals such as lead, mercury, copper and uranium fits well with our strategy to provide a broader product offering for groundwater remediation."

Aquacell Water, Inc. headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, designs turnkey water filtration and purification systems for municipal, industrial, commercial, and institutional applications around the world.

In December 2004, HydroGlobe was wholly acquired by Graver Technologies, LLC, a leading worldwide supplier of filtration, separation, and purification products, and a member of the Water Group of The Marmon Group, an international group of companies with more than $6 billion in annual sales. Backed by the synergy of The Marmon Group, Graver Technologies operates globally in the development and application of water treatment and filtration technologies for the consumer, commercial, industrial, and municipal marketplaces.
