ATLANTA, GA, April 17, 2007 -- Cellnet Technology, Inc. (Cellnet®) announced today that it has named David Slump chief executive officer. Slump, an 18 year industry veteran, previously held leadership positions with GE, ABB, and Commonwealth Edison. At GE Energy, Slump most recently served as general manager global marketing for the $19 billion provider of power generation and energy delivery technologies, and at ABB he held several US and European executive positions including president of the U.S. utilities division.

Slump presently serves as a board member of the Georgia Clean Air Campaign and he holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. Slump will be based out of Cellnet's Atlanta headquarters.
