SEAL BEACH, CA, April 2, 2007 -- Baker Tanks, an industry leader in containment, pumping and filtration equipment rental solutions, today announced it is rebranding the company by unveiling a new name and logo, BakerCorp. Baker Tanks began as a small operator of vacuum trucks in 1942. Since its inception, Baker has significantly grown its business through market expansion and product line extension. Today the company is comprised of five diverse businesses; Baker Tanks, Baker Pumps, Baker Filtration, Andress Walsh and Cormier Shoring and Equipment.
