• Technology enhances sensory experience in new TechnoJungle exhibit

PHOENIX, AZ, April 3, 2007 -- PureTech System Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pure Technologies Ltd. (TSX-V: PUR) and a leading manufacturer of wide-area video surveillance solutions, today announced the successful installation of its PureActiv Solution in a new exhibit at Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin. The system, part of the TechnoJungle exhibit, showcases PureActiv's graphical user interface, including map based geo-referencing and market leading point and click camera control.

Discovery World opened in 2006 with a mission to connect innovation, science and technology with exploration, environment and Great Lakes freshwater resources. The museum features interactive exhibits and experiential learning programs, including the TechnoJungle, which utilizes the PureActiv system as part of the exhibit to demonstrate the theme of Innovation, Technology and a Safe Environment.

"One aspect of the exhibit demonstrates to patrons how technology can be used as a sensory extension to provide everyday folks super-human like perception", states Larry Bowe, President of PureTech Systems. "The PureActiv portion of the display shows users that even in a crowded museum floor, technology can quickly and efficiently allow a user see details of the crowded area with a single click of the mouse."

Paul Krajniak, executive director, Discovery World added: "The TechnoJungle will connect people with new technologies. It will stimulate interest and careers in the fields of math, science and engineering and inspire creative, innovative and entrepreneurial mindsets. The PureActiv system is key for providing this unique learning environment."

Within the exhibit, the PureActiv graphical user interface is combined with several Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras, allowing patrons to click on a map of the Techno Jungle, instantly directing multiple cameras to the exact point of interest. The system then responds to the user with instant video feedback of the location of interest from multiple vantage points, enhancing the sensory experience beyond what could typically be achieved.

When not being used for educational purposes, the PureActiv system is used in the security market for protection of critical facilities, such as, airports, seaports and other utilities. The system provides increased situational awareness of security events through features such as its interactive geographical map presentation, network video recording (NVR), intelligent video analytics, point-and-click camera control and alarm management.

The Techno Jungle is a permanent display, and can be viewed during normal hours of operation at the Discovery World in Milwaukee, WI.
