SACRAMENTO, CA, May 1, 2007 -- More than 1,600 local water officials are expected to attend the Association of California Water Agencies' 2007 Spring Conference and Exhibition from May 8-11 in Sacramento. The Governor has been invited to discuss his Strategic Growth Plan and water storage legislation. Speakers also include state and federal elected officials and water policy leaders.
