LONDON, United Kingdom, Feb. 19, 2007 (NewswireToday) -- Vehicle tracking provider DigiCore has been selected by Southern Water, the water and wastewater company serving more than two million households in the South East of England, to develop and install a telematics-based tracking system across 520 vans within its vehicle fleet.
