THOUSAND PALMS, Calif., March 22, 2004 -- Pearpoint Inc. has announced that its flexidata™ pipe survey software product department will branch off from Pearpoint, Inc. and Radiodetection to become PipeLogix Inc., a privately-held California corporation.
All of the current personnel from the flexidata department will become employees of PipeLogix Inc. All current support contracts for flexidata will be transferred to PipeLogix Inc. Pearpoint will continue to promote and sell the flexidata software product line as an authorized dealer of PipeLogix Inc.
The flexidata team will be available at the Pearpoint, Inc. facility in Thousand Palms, California until approximately April 15th, after which they will be moving to their new offices at PipeLogix Inc. in Palm Desert, California.
