LONG BEACH, CA, Nov. 22, 2004 -- Earth Tech Inc., a business unit of Tyco Engineered Products & Services, and a global provider of consulting, engineering and construction services, has opened an office in London to expand its water infrastructure and environmental business in Europe.

The new office is located at Parkshot House, 5 Kew Road, Richmond, Surrey. The phone number is +44 20 8334 7171. The European Division of Earth Tech is managed by Libby Gawith.

In addition, the company has appointed two executives to lead its business development efforts in Europe.

Joining Earth Tech's Global Water Infrastructure Development Group is Thierry Noel, vice president of business development. He will direct Earth Tech's project development initiatives in Europe, focusing on large and long-term business opportunities in the water, wastewater and waste infrastructure markets. He will also support similar project development efforts in Asia. Prior to joining Earth Tech, he served in a similar position for Suez Environment's European Water Division, Ondeo.

Jim Kirkwood, European environmental director, will lead the expansion of Earth Tech's environmental business in Europe, including waste management, remediation and environmental consultancy projects. Prior to joining Earth Tech, Kirkwood served as group operations director for Skanska UK.

Earth Tech also maintains United Kingdom offices in Tankersley, Cardiff, Exeter, Warrington and Newry in Northern Ireland.
