WHITE PLAINS, NY, Oct. 5, 2004 (PRNewswire) -- Robert J. Pagano Jr. has been elected to vice president of ITT Industries Inc. by the company's board.
Pagano, 41, had been named corporate controller earlier this year. He joined ITT Industries with its acquisition of Goulds Pumps in May 1997. Since joining Goulds in 1988 and following that company's acquisition by ITT, he held a number of increasingly responsible positions in finance and operations, including vice president of finance and controller at ITT's Fluid Technology group in Upper Saddle River, NJ, and president of the Fluid Technology Industrial Products Group in Seneca Falls, NY.
Pagano graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego, and holds both CPA and CMA certifications. He's also a Value-Based Six Sigma Green Belt.
