Morrice Blackwell is a Senior Manager of Utility Solutions at Badger Meter. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University and his master’s degree in engineering management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Since joining Badger Meter in 1994, Morrice has worked in various departments, such as engineering, marketing and sales, and has developed an expansive knowledge of the utility industry.
