Customer Services Manager
Alisa Mann is a graduate of Stockton State College, where she earned her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Since graduating, she has spent the last seventeen years working in large customer service organizations. Recently she completed her Masters in Business Administration from Regis University. She has managed both inbound and outbound call centers with staff sizes ranging from 50 to 500, focusing on technical support and customer service. Her experience lies in many different industries; utilities, telecommunications, computer software and hardware, newspapers, travel clubs and cable television. She is currently the Customer Services Manager for the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Southern Nevada Water Authority. She sits on the Board of Directors for Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Southern Nevada and Southern Utah, a non-profit agency. Alisa is a member of the American Water Works Association and is a planning committee member for CS Week Conferences.
