Andrew Woolley BSc, MRICS is the MWH Manager of Project Control for EMEAI region. He has 20 years experience in the engineering and construction field, 12 of which have been in Project Controls. Before joining MWH in 2002, Andrew was the Project Controls Manager for Bechtel in their Northwest of England Office. Andrew has led and been involved in all of the MWH Integrated Programme Management Systems in the Europe over the last 3 years, including the United Utilities $ 3bn and Southern Water $ 1.5bn programmes. This successfully demonstrated the principles of the approach to the Client, contributing to MWH being appointed to deploy on the $ 17bn water and wastewater capital programme. In 2003, Andrew spent 12 months in New York, were he was the Project Manager on the New York City Management Information System ( MIS ) Project, a pilot scheme to develop a management information system for the advanced wastewater treatment programme in New York, this was a 5 year $ 2bn programme.
