The first edition of IFAT India established itself as India's leading trade fair for Water, Sewage, Refuse and Recycling with:
- 4924 trade visitors
- Strong demand for environmental technology for the Indian market
- 131 exhibitors from 17 countries
- Innovation Exchange forum
In fact, 62 percent of exhibitors came from countries other than India. Besides joint exhibition stands from China, Germany and Switzerland, companies from Belgium, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Spain, Thailand and the United States also participated.
IFAT India 2014 would provide yet another excellent platform and larger participation from both India and international showcasing the full range of environmental technologies and services.
