The Water Environment Federation's Residuals and Biosolids Committee, in cooperation with the Water Environment Association of Texas is sponsoring a specialty conference on residuals and biosolids management. The Conference Program Committee developed a great program that incorporates best management practices through workshops, technical sessions, a tour, and an exhibition that will provide attendees with a diverse learning experience.
