The pandemic has had no significant impact on water utility customer satisfaction, according to the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Water Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study.

Though water use has increased about 6% nationwide, this is the first year that satisfaction levels have not improved since the study began in 2016.
