U.S. Water expands with new acquisition

Under a $9 million dollar purchase agreement, U.S. Water has acquired Georgia-based A and W Technologies.

St. Michael, MN, Nov. 17, 2015 -- Under a $9 million dollar purchase agreement, U.S. Water, an ALLETE Company (NYSE: ALE), has announced the acquisition of Georgia-based A and W Technologies, a strong regional company in the Southeastern United States that provides specialty chemicals and engineering service for water treatment in data centers, light industrial, institutional and food industries.
