Xylem launches new dewatering solutions branch in Florida
The opening of Xylem's newest dewatering solutions branch recently took place in Pompano Beach, Fla.
BRIDGEPORT, NJ, Feb. 10, 2014 -- The opening of Xylem's newest dewatering solutions branch recently took place in Pompano Beach, Fla., marking the company's third dewatering solutions location to date.
Xylem Inc. (NYSE:XYL), a global water technology company focused on addressing the world's most challenging water issues, launched the 12,000-square-foot facility to provide the area with efficient industrial water-removing solutions. The new branch will be equipped with adequate shop and office space and will sit on more than two acres.
Supervised by current Florida branch manager Mike Sturgill, the new utility is located 32 miles south of West Palm Beach and 30 miles north of Miami. Along with Sturgill, Florida regional manager Todd Huffman and a salesperson already experienced in the area will serve the new venue. "The facility and space available to us now will be invaluable for meeting the requirements of larger projects quickly and efficiently," said Huffman.
