CHICAGO, NOVEMBER 13, 2016 -- A man discovered trespassing in a Chicago water plant has vanished after being charged with trespassing early last week.

According to a local CBS affiliate, Shahroon Augustine was discovered inside the Eugene Sawyer Water Purification Plant with a duffle bag and a Pakistani passport.
