DWR announces IRWM grant program workshops

The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) has scheduled three workshops to inform interested stakeholders about the Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) program as funded by Propositions 84 and 1E. SACRAMENTO, CA, April 18, 2008 -- The Department of Water Resources (DWR) has scheduled three workshops to inform interested stakeholders about the Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) program as funded by Propositions 84 and 1E.

The Department of Water Resources operates and maintains the State Water Project, provides dam safety and flood control and inspection services, assists local water districts in water management and water conservation planning, and plans for future statewide water needs.
