EAST HILLS, NY, Oct. 14, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pall Corp.'s 2004 Annual Report to Shareholders and Form 10K -- including information on reported fiscal 2004 sales of $1.77 billion, a 9-1/2% increase over the prior year -- are now available on the company's website at www.pall.com.
In the chairman's letter to shareholders, Eric Krasnoff said that "2004 was a solid year... We concluded the year stronger and better positioned to meet the challenges of 2005.
Mr. Krasnoff continued, "Pall is aligned more now than ever before to its customers. It is through this lens that we focus our programs for top-line growth and cost reduction. We see growth coming from two main sources. The first is more traditional: the strength of our new product pipeline supported by Pall's ability as the largest filter company to quickly reach our worldwide customer base with a powerful combination of sales, service and technical support professionals. Our consistently rapid growth in the roiling Asian markets is strong confirmation of this competitive muscle.
"The second broad driver for growth is our Total Fluid Management (TFM) program. Simply put, it supports our company vision that, 'One day all fluids will pass through Pall products' by offering our customers integrated systems solutions to their complex problems. Thanks to Pall-developed products and services, key acquisitions and alliances, we are now offering increasingly robust TFM solutions to our customers."
The company's Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held Wednesday, Nov. 17.
