WK Dickson appoints new senior project manager to Water Resources Group

CHARLOTTE, Oct. 5, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Charles R. "Bob" Froneberger, PE, has been named senior project manager for WK Dickson. Froneberger assumes responsibility for the design and management of a variety of environmental and water resources related projects. He will be based in the firm's Charlotte, N.C., office.
Froneberger received both a bachelor's degree in civil engineering a master's degree in environmental systems engineering from Clemson University. His experience includes comprehensive design and project management of water and wastewater systems for various municipal and industrial projects throughout the southeast. His design expertise include preliminary engineering studies, capital improvement cost evaluations, system-wide retrofitting and new full-service treatment facilities.

Froneberger has held senior-level management positions throughout his career. He joins WK Dickson after most recently working with ARCADIS, Inc. where he was responsible for many large municipal projects throughout Georgia and the Carolinas.
Froneberger is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, and Virginia. He currently serves as chairman of the Engineering Management Committee of the Water Environment Association of South Carolina, and is also chairman of the Water Environment Federation - Blue Ridge Foothills District Chapter.
