CHELTENHAM, GLOUCESTERSHIRE, U.K., April 16, 2007 -- Robert Hitchins Limited has announced that Dwr Cymru (Welsh Water) has taken on a further two leases at Eastern Business Park, Cardiff and has consolidated its national call handling centre at the popular site.

The out of town business park at St Mellons is a prestigious office location owned by Eastern Business Park Limited, a subsidiary company of commercial property developer Robert Hitchins.

Dwr Cymru already has 400 members of staff on site, but has now leased further space to accommodate the organisation's call centre and pay roll department. The new premises will house a further 120 employees.

Sean Larkin, property manager for Dwr Cymru, said: "We needed even more space and were impressed by the superb facilities for staff and the highly competitive leasing arrangements.

"I am pleased to say we have a long standing relationship with Robert Hitchins and I am confident that this will continue."

Dwr Cymru is one of many existing occupiers at Eastern Business Park including Ordnance Survey, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Taylor Woodrow, Scottish and Southern, Logica and the Independent Police Complaints Commission.

The Park is a modern campus style office development in a mature, landscaped environment, with ample parking and 24 hour access security.
