CRYSTAL CITY, TX, Sept. 16, 2005 (PRNewswire-FirstCall) -- Ecoloclean Industries Inc. has acquired Riverside, R.I.-based Aquatronics Industries Inc.

For the past 20 years, Aquatronics has provided effective solutions to a diverse base of commercial and industrial customers with remediation equipment and services for the removal of impurities and waste by-products.
