“Earlier this year we formed a Sustainability Steering Committee with employees from all geographies, businesses and functions which meets regularly to guide our sustainability efforts and ensure we maintain momentum,” said Xylem’s chief sustainability officer and president of the company’s Analytics business Chris McIntire. “The work and initiatives described in this report clearly demonstrate that the efforts of the Committee are having an impact on our company. We are committed to continuing to improve our performance in this area.”
The report offers a baseline snapshot of Xylem in its first year as a standalone company.
