Aquacell Water closes on acquisition of McPhee Environmental
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA, April 17, 2007 -- Aquacell Water, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AQWT) announced today that it has closed the acquisition of McPhee Environmental, a former competitor of Aquacell Water in the arsenic removal sector of the water treatment industry.
