SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 4, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- URS Corp. is one of seven companies awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, Environmental Compliance and Analysis Services (ECAS) contract with the U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC).

Under the terms of the contract, as task orders are issued, URS will provide environmental and engineering services for ACC facilities worldwide, other Air Force commands and bases, and Department of Defense agencies. Environmental work will include restoration, conservation, planning, compliance and pollution prevention. URS also will supply design, planning and programming, program management, value engineering, supervision, inspection and construction management services for engineering projects. The 7-year contract, plus 3 additional years to complete performance, has a maximum aggregate value of $200 million to all seven companies.
