PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 21, 2005 -- "Ultrasound World II," an annual conference acquainting ultrasonic predictive maintenance managers, inspectors and technicians with the latest advances in this technology, will take place Nov. 6-9 in Clearwater, Fla.
According to Alan Bandes, vice president of UE Systems Inc., the ultrasound equipment manufacturer and event sponsor, the conference will "totally immerse" attendees with the technology's benefit in energy conservation, and provide new insights in predictive maintenance and condition analysis techniques.
Scheduled topics include new and existing applications, case histories, program management and implementation, analysis, recording/reporting principles and software, and more. The conference, at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort Hotel, will also feature short courses for compressed air leak surveys, lubrication, steam trap inspection, and electrical power inspections.
