Newly designed meter register housing
The Hersey® Translator® register provides the basis of communication for the Hot Rod™ mobile meter reading system. The newly designed register housing provides a lower profile for the meter and register, eliminating interference problems in shallow meter box installations. A plastic lid now provides additional protection for the register assembly in all pit environments. Integral wire hooks molded into the housing provide a means of securing excess wire to eliminate potential problems with meter box settling after installation.
