The Village of Penn Yan propels forward with new utility software
The Incorporated Village of Penn Yan, New York, has decided to upgrade to enQuesta UtilitySuite from Systems & Software, Inc. (S&S).
COLCHESTER, VT, June 24, 2003 -- The Incorporated Village of Penn Yan, New York, has decided to upgrade to enQuesta UtilitySuite from Systems & Software, Inc. (S&S).
UtilitySuite users since 1997, Penn Yan services approximately 3000 electric, water, and sewer accounts. "After extensive research and several site visits, we initially selected S&S as our CIS vendor because we felt their system would enable us to provide the best service to our customers such as accurate billings and the allotment for additional growth," comments Dot Allen, Accounting, Penn Yan.
As Penn Yan has expanded, S&S has provided Penn Yan with the products and services required to meet their customers' expectations. enQuesta's intuitive design which allows for quick access to information through a single view will enable CSRs to provide customers with faster resolutions to inquiries. Customer satisfaction will only be enhanced.
"S&S is the only vendor that can provide us with the 'whole package.'" The decision to upgrade to enQuesta was one that was made because of their proven success to date with the CIS offering in addition to their experiences with the S&S staff - "they have one of the best staffs to work with," comments Allen.
"We are pleased that Penn Yan, one of the utilities that makes up our foundation, has chosen to continue their growth with us," adds Burt Willey, President & CEO, S&S. S&S' goal is to provide customers with the tools they require to meet customer demands while increasing operational efficiencies - enQuesta enables just that. "enQuesta will not only serve as a tool to enhance external customer satisfaction, but users will appreciate the same levels of satisfaction due to the navigational ease the product offers and reduced learning curve," continues Willey.
