Chester Water Authority goes live with new CIS

DST International Billing (DSTi Billing) announced that Chester Water Authority (CWA), a water utility headquartered in Chester, Pennsylvania, has completed their migration from Custima to its new HiAffinity Customer Care and Billing System.

Boston, MA, Dec. 11, 2003 -- DST International Billing (DSTi Billing) announced that Chester Water Authority (CWA), a water utility headquartered in Chester, Pennsylvania, has completed their migration from Custima to its new HiAffinity Customer Care and Billing System.

DSTi Billing already has HiAffinity users live in the US, UK, Ireland and Bulgaria. CWA moved to HiAffinity so they could have the very latest technology allowing them to streamline their business processes.
