Microsol Inc. appoints national sales manager

Microsol Inc. announced the appointment of Jim Brooks as National Sales Manager.

Oxford, Conn, April 28, 2003 -- Microsol Inc. announced the appointment of Jim Brooks as National Sales Manager. Brooks will divide his time between client sites: the recently opened sales office in Denver and Microsol Inc.'s corporate headquarters in Oxford, Conn.

Brooks a 20-year veteran of the RTU and SCADA industry, brings to Microsol Inc. an intimate and rigorous understanding of the Distribution and Substation Automation markets.

Sam Sciacca, Microsol Inc.'s CEO, announced the addition of Brooks to the company by saying, "Jim's leadership and market experience adds huge value to our management team and he will play a vital role in crafting the expansion of the company's efforts."

Responsibilities of the new sales manager will include analyzing customer requirements, developing project plans, participating in key technology decisions and defining the hardware development process as well as supervising the Microsol Inc. sales team.
