LOGAN, UT, Sept. 27, 2006 -- Scientific Technologies Inc. (STI) has sold its Automation Products Group to Automation Products Group Inc. (APG), a new company formed as a result of STI Safety Products Group's recent merger with a subsidiary of Japan-based Omron Corp.
