CHESTERFIELD, MO, Sept. 7, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Insituform Technologies Inc. named Thomas W. Vaughn, formerly COO of Williams Group International, to the position of senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Before joining Williams Group, a $400-million privately held industrial construction and maintenance and environmental remediation company, Vaughn served for more than a decade in several management capacities with Fluor Daniel, Inc. domestically and in Latin America and South Africa, as well as an operations and project manager for Fru-Con Construction.
