ALLENDALE, NJ, May 10, 2005 -- Lonza has announced a price increase of 12-15% on all halohydantoin products which includes Dantobrom®, Dantochlor® and Dantoin® tablet, briquette and granular biocides.

The increase becomes effective June 1. The company cites unprecedented and ongoing, raw material, energy, and transportation cost increases as justification for the action.
