Zymark appoints new CFO
Zymark Corporation announces the appointment of Peter F. McAree, to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
May 23, 2001—Zymark Corporation announces the appointment of Peter F. McAree, to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the last six months, McAree has been working as a strategic adviser with Zymark and assumes the CFO and VP position immediately. He brings to the company more than 15 years of diverse financial strategy experience working with high tech and emerging growth businesses.

McAree was CFO of Iconomy, a provider of end-to-end outsourced e-Commerce services. Previously, McAree held senior management positions with Elcom, as Executive Vice President/Acting President, and Geerlings & Wade, where he was Chief Financial Officer. McAree began his career in the Enterprise Group of Arthur Andersen LLP in Boston. He is graduate of Bentley College and a licensed Certified Public Accountant. McAree resides with his family in Hopkinton, MA.
