National Automation subsidiary to provide instrumentation, control for automation project

LAS VEGAS, NV, Dec. 18, 2007 -- National Automation Services Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Intuitive Systems Solutions Inc. (ISS) are pleased to announce that ISS has been awarded the project for Coyote Spring Valley Well and Moapa Transmission System (CSVW) to provide the instrumentation and controls to automate this municipal water facility. The project consists of programming and automating the water pumping station of the new town of Coyote Springs, Nevada. The total project price is $198,342 with a projected 35% profit margin.
This is the latest of several contracts that Intuitive Systems Solutions Inc. has won with municipalities in and around Las Vegas, Nevada. These municipal contracts will be a large part of the continued growth of ISS and National Automation Services Inc. in the Nevada area and throughout the United States as NAS continues its expansion strategy of acquiring small to medium-sized automation companies.
Robert Chance, CEO of National Automation Services, Inc, in announcing the contract, stated: "We are pleased to be awarded this contract with the Coyote Spring Valley Well. We anticipate that this will be the first of several municipal contracts in the greater Las Vegas area. ISS was recently awarded a contract to construct 5 arsenic removal plants in Mesquite which has value in excess of $1 million. ISS is already a leading automation controls company in Nevada, and we will garner a larger share of contracts as we continue to grow, both in Nevada and across the United States through our acquisitions."
