LAKEWOOD, CO, Nov. 7, 2005 -- Richard P. Arber Associates was selected by the city of Aurora Utilities Department, now known as Aurora Water, to provide preliminary and final design of the Kings Pointe Wastewater Services Project.

Arber Associates was awarded the contract for Aurora Water's Kings Pointe project through the city's selection process. President Richard Arber stated, "We are excited to have the opportunity to continue working with Aurora Water and assisting them in this rapidly growing region of the Metro area."

Kings Pointe is a 1,035-acre development located at E-470 and Parker Road in S.E. Aurora. The project consists of four wastewater lift stations, 16,700 feet of forcemains, and 18,000 feet of gravity lines to provide wastewater service to a planned residential community. The wastewater from Kings Pointe will be pumped by the lift stations through the Aurora system to the Metro Wastewater Reclamation Facility in Commerce City for treatment. Improvements to Aurora's wastewater collection system will also be made as part of this project.

For the golf enthusiast, the Kings Pointe development will serve as the future home of the University of Denver Golf Team. The planned 575-acre golf facility will have everything from an 18-hole championship course to state-of-the-art teaching facilities.
