Connecticut Water has selected ViryaNet’s mobile workforce management solution to improve its field service operation.

WESTBOROUGH, MA, March 27, 2013 -- ViryaNet Limited (VRYAF), a leading provider of software solutions that optimize and allow for the continuous improvement of service processes for mobile workforces, announced that Connecticut Water has selected ViryaNet’s mobile workforce management solution to improve its field service operation.

One of the 10 largest U.S.-based publicly-traded water utilities, Connecticut Water will utilize ViryaNet G4 to improve its management practices including the appointment booking process with their customers, create optimal schedules for their technicians, automate and centralize the scheduling and dispatch operation, and streamline the flow of information from and to the field, while eliminating the need for cumbersome, paper-based processes.

Using the ViryaNet Performance Management Framework, Connecticut Water can assess current performance levels across a variety of service dimensions and identify opportunities for improvement. As a complement to ViryaNet G4, the Performance Management practice allows customers to focus on the achievement of business goals, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure data accuracy, monitor and track progress, and attain the maximum benefits from the deployment of ViryaNet G4.
