SPOKANE, WA, Oct. 11, 2005 -- Itron Inc. will host a free web seminar on the requirements of the new Energy Policy Act of 2005 and its impact on federal and congressional buildings, at 10 am Thursday, Oct. 13.
Join Wade Wilhelm of Gonzales and Wilhelm Consulting, former Navy utilities and energy manager, to learn what reduction amounts are required by the new energy policy in all federal and congressional buildings. The Energy Performance Contracts program will also be discussed as a way to help pay for energy reduction solutions. Wilhelm will also discuss how metering and database technology enables energy savings.
