The Eastern Water Quality Association's (EWQA’s) 1st annual summer BBQ is going to be held on August 12 at the new Resintech facility located at 1801 Federal Street in Camden, New Jersey.
This is a new event that the EWQA will hold each year as the association has different manufacturers and suppliers volunteer to host this event, according to the press release.
All proceeds from attendees for this event will go into EWQA's scholarship fund. The scholarship fund will help those in the industry to gain the education necessary to become successful. The event will include a factory tour of the facility where Resintech will be manufacturing resin in a few short weeks. Additionally, the event will also have a class that will qualify for WQA continuing education credits.
Resintech will provide BBQ lunch for everyone in attendance. In addition, attendees will hear from former Governor of New Jersey Jim Florio, best known for his work on Superfund legislation.
