WQA press release

The Water Quality Association has opened registration for the 2023 WQA Convention & Exposition, to be held April 18-20 in a brand-new venue, Caesars Forum, in Las Vegas. The convention website, wqa.org/convention, provides registration, housing, schedule and other event information for the premier water quality industry event.

“Our Convention theme of ‘Momentum’ speaks to that undercurrent of growth, of rising to meet new challenges, and of continuous improvement that marks our industry,”said WQA Events Director Angie Silberhorn. “We’re excited about the opportunity to gather in greater numbers this year and to welcome more of our international exhibitors back to our show.”

The Convention & Exposition, which is expected to attract more than 2,500 dealers, manufacturers and consultants from around the world, is the most comprehensive annual gathering of water treatment professionals in North America. This year’s expo will be open April 19-20, with more than 170 exhibitors displaying the latest products and services in residential, commercial and industrial water treatment.

Education sessions are scheduled for all three days of the event, with topics ranging from PFAS to Ethics to highly technical offerings. Technical sessions are geared to three levels of learners, from those brand-new to the industry to those interested in research or commercial/industrial applications, and many offer Continuing Professional Development credit toward recertification. The full education schedule allows attendees to browse topics by speaker, accredited sessions or topics.

Things get rolling on April 17 with Pre-Convention Programming - WQA’s Business Boot Camp, the PFAS Symposium and the Commercial/Industrial RO Sizing workshop – which offer strategic and specialized learning in a relaxed atmosphere (additional fees apply).

All events are at Caesars Forum, a 550,000-square-foot conference center that opened in late 2021 in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. Despite its name, it is not to be confused with Caesars Palace or the Forum Shops, which are on the other side of Las Vegas Boulevard. Instead, Caesars Forum is directly connected to the two official Convention hotels, Harrah’s Las Vegas and The LINQ.

Advance pricing is offered for those who register for the Convention by Feb. 8. WQA members receive a discount on registration and sponsorship opportunities, and new WQA members are eligible for free convention registration during their first year of membership. Membership information can be found at wqa.org/membership.
