BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, PA, SEPTEMBER 14, 2016 -- T&M Associates, a national consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company with national and regional stormwater expertise, has been appointed Stormwater Engineer for Bethlehem Township, Pa. The appointment was made to bring outside expertise in to address its stormwater issues and assess its Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) responsibilities, using gray infrastructure repairs and new green infrastructure techniques. In addition, T&M will work with Bethlehem to evaluate financing alternatives including grant opportunities.
T&M’s stormwater discipline leader, Greg Duncan, PE, LEED-AP, will serve as the township’s Stormwater Engineer, providing strategic counsel in all matters related to water resources. From T&M’s Office, located in Downtown Bethlehem, he will direct T&M’s team of professionals with experience in flood mitigation projects, stormwater modeling, infrastructure design, municipal engineering, regulatory compliance and financing alternatives and grants.

Duncan, an award-winning design professional and author of numerous stormwater-related articles, brings over 15 years of experience in civil and water resource engineering to the Township. He serves as a stormwater and flood control expert for other Pennsylvania communities including the City of Allentown, City of Bethlehem, Upper Gwynedd Township and Media Borough, as well as the City of Hoboken, NJ. His work includes stormwater drainage systems, urban flood control, green infrastructure, MS4 and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) implementation planning as well as award winning projects in the region such as The West End Theatre District and Lower Mt. Bethel Environmental Education Center.
