FULLERTON, CA and TORONTO, ON, Canada, Sept. 15, 2008 -- Harris Computer Systems (Harris) is pleased to announce that the City of Fullerton, California has selected Advanced Utility Systems' (Advanced's) CIS Infinity to replace its customer information and billing (CIS) solution.
The City of Fullerton is located in North Orange County, California and services over 30,000 water, sewer and refuse accounts. Originally, Fullerton was a rural community with an agricultural base and a small downtown. The modern City of Fullerton is a well-established, culturally diverse city of approximately 136,428 located 22 miles southeast of Los Angeles.
Phyllis Garrova, City Treasurer, states the City's decision to select Advanced, "We wanted to ensure we selected a CIS product that would fit the needs of our water customers and the City's services for the long term. Advanced fulfilled every functional and integration requirement and as a result we have every confidence in Advanced moving forward."

The implementation of CIS Infinity will start shortly and be led by the Advanced Professional Services group with a go-live date targeted for summer of 2009.
