ARVADA, COLORADO, MARCH 25, 2020 – Sundyne, a global leader in the design and manufacture of API compliant pumps and compressors, today announced that leading global private equity firm Warburg Pincus has completed the acquisition of Sundyne, from BC Partners Advisors L.P. and The Carlyle Group.
This acquisition was initially announced on January 6, 2020. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. As stated in January, Sundyne’s current management team led by CEO Mark Sefcik, will continue under Warburg Pincus’ ownership.

Sundyne and Warburg Pincus have launched a 90-day transition period to formally identify areas of opportunity for developing and funding strategic initiatives that will broaden product offerings and enhance customer services globally.
