A full-page advertisement from Conbraco Industries drew the greatest reader service response in 1999, with 182 readers requesting more information. The ad featured the company?s test connections, strainers, ball valves, pressure reducing valves, pressure vacuum breakers, backflow preventers and 5-valve test kits.

Conbraco?s facilities in North and South Carolina include 1.8 million square feet of production area. All five of the company?s plants have been ISO9001 registered since June 1992. Conbraco was among the first valve manufacturers in the country to reach that benchmark. The company?s facilities use some of the most advanced production and quality control technologies available.

The winning advertisement included a large display on the company?s 40-100-TC2 Double Check Valves, which come factory-equipped with SAE threaded test hose connections. Other featured products include the 59 Series bronze ?Y? strainers, the 70 Series Apollo? bronze ball valves, the Series 40-200-TK5 5-valve test kit, the Series 40-200 reduced pressure principle backflow preventers, the 4V-500 Series free-proof vacuum breaker, and the 36C series compact pressure reducing valves.
