VOORHEES, NJ, Oct. 30, 2015 -- American Water Works Company Inc. (AW), the largest and most geographically diverse publicly traded U.S. water and wastewater utility company, recently announced that its board of directors has declared a new quarterly cash dividend payment.
The new imbursement consists of $0.34 per share of common stock, payable on Dec. 1, 2015, to all shareholders of record as of Nov. 9, 2015.
AW offers a dividend reinvestment and direct stock purchase plan, called American Water Stock Direct (the Plan), which enables stockholders to reinvest cash dividends and purchase additional American Water common stock without any brokerage commissions or service charges.
